Humanise Community CIC

Humanise Community exists to create meaningful, lasting change by supporting individuals to unlock their potential, improve their wellbeing, and access opportunities for education, employment, and leadership.

Empowering people & communities

About Humanise community cic

Our work focuses on empowering people and communities — particularly young people, women, and those from underrepresented backgrounds — to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive in life and work. We deliver a range of community-based and accredited programmes designed to build personal resilience, professional readiness, and social inclusion across the regions we serve.

Our Mission

To build confident, resilient and capable communities by empowering individuals with the tools, education, and support they need to create meaningful change — for themselves and for those around them.

Our Focus Areas

Work Readiness & Employability Programmes

We deliver practical training and coaching to help individuals develop the skills, confidence and behaviours needed for employment.

The community benefits by having more people who are work-ready, motivated and able to contribute positively to local economies.

Wellbeing & Resilience Support

We provide wellbeing workshops, mentoring and personal development sessions to strengthen mental health and self-awareness.

The community benefits through improved wellbeing, reduced isolation, and stronger, more resilient individuals.

ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Learning

We deliver accessible English language classes and integrated communication skills sessions.

The community benefits by promoting inclusion, breaking down language barriers, and enabling individuals to participate fully in education, work and community life.

Women-Only Personal & Elevating Leadership Development

We offer safe, supportive and empowering spaces for women to build leadership skills, confidence and personal growth.

The community benefits by increasing gender equality, empowering women into leadership and employment, and strengthening local representation.

Accredited Learning and City & Guilds Certified Pathways

We embed accredited outcomes within our programmes to ensure participants gain recognised qualifications.

The community benefits by developing individuals with verified skills and qualifications that enhance employability and long-term progression.

Reinvestment into Local Projects

We reinvest a portion of our profits into regional initiatives and community projects that align with our mission.

The community benefits through ongoing local support, sustained development opportunities, and a positive social impact beyond our direct programmes.
